Q: Can I trust the pictures posted?

A: All the picture are 100% originally taken by our photographers. we guarantee the items you recieve will be same as described. But somethimes, the package may be changed without prior notice. However, colors may be a little different due to variations between the computer monitors setting and naked eye color different.

Q: What I can do if I receive broken parcels?

A: We will pack the item by thick bubble foam bag or foam box to avoid damage. But sometimes due to courier's indiscreet handle, the parcel may be broken. Please be alert to any broken parcel and reject to sign if when you recieve it.

 Q: What I can do if I feel unsatisfied with the item?

A: We are guaranteeing to provide 100% satisfying service for your and 100 days warranty. So do worry once you feel unsatisfied with the items you recieve, we are always responsible and patient to your problems.

We also hope you can be patient and keep in touch with us to solve any problems. Please do not leave us a negative feedback without communication.

 Q: How can you contact us ?

A: You can simple send us message, or talk to us through TradeManager. We will response to your every question within 24 hours, if not immediately! When you make the order, there is a message bar, you can let us know your request about the color and anything else, we will deal with your order as what you say.

Q: How about the invoice and tax?

A: In different countries customs regulations, customs clearance time will be different, please timely tracking information, contact your local post office if necessary.
     International courier usually produce tariffs, please understand local customs tax standards, so as to avoid customs issues cause the product to return or destroy, if necessary, please consult your local customs clearance company or carry information  to local customs clearance.  If you have not recieved your shipment within 40-60 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible   with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

 Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
